Asset acquired from SNCF (national railroad company) and located in a dynamic regeneration area. Delivered in June 2024, the rehabilitation of this 1948 building located in northeastern Paris (18th arrondissement) into a modern office complex emphasizes material efficiency and adaptable usage. Designed under the direction of Atelier A234 architecture firm, the project aimed to preserve as much of the existing structure as possible while maintaining the building's industrial visual identity. Managed by DeA Capital Real Estate, the restructuring earned environmental certifications aligned with current user expectations. Green terraces were added on the first and third floors, and a private garden of over 500 square meters was developed on the ground floor, providing spaces for open-air meetings or moments of relaxation, contributing to the building's serene atmosphere.
