In 2016, Emanuele Dubini joined DEA Capital Real Estate as Founding & Managing Partner of International business and since then has significantly grown DeA Capital Real Estate into a fully capable Pan- European investment management firm. Ema led the implementation of this international network with new offices in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Poland.
Prior to joining DeA Capital Real Estate, Emanuele was CEO of FREO France.
Emanuele was subsequently responsible for expanding the management footprint of FREO to include new offices in Portugal, Spain and Italy.
Emanuele's 25 years of experience also includes previous roles as CEO for GE Capital Real Estate in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Benelux for equity and lending activity, BNP Paribas Real Estate and BNL Fondi Immobiliari heading the Capital markets team, and Managing Director of Asset Management at Pirelli RE and Board Member of selected Italian JVs between Pirelli RE and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund.

Koldo Ibarra is Founding Partner & CIO International, he joined DeA Capital Real Estate building up the Iberia Operations. DeA Capital Real Estate Iberia represents DeA Capital S.p.A.’s first step in creating a pan-European real estate platform, via Group subsidiaries through local Senior Management Teams. Before joing DeA Capital on 2019, Koldo had developed his over 25 years experience in the real estate sector in the Corporate and Investment Banking divisions of several banks.
In 2007, he joined Natixis Bank as Managing Director of the Real Estate Finance Iberia franchise, expanding its activities and underwriting over 10Bln€ in real estate loans, mainly focusing on the commercial property sector.
During this period, he has advised in the acquisition of over 50 participations in companies and debt, not including repossessions and manage to sale transactions within the bank operations.
Previously, he headed the real estate department at Fortis Bank for three years. He also worked at Banesto (Grupo Banco Santander) in the CIB division managing accounts on the construction and real sector sector.
Robert Schneider joined DeA Capital Real Estate as CEO Germany in 2024. He graduated in architecture from the University of Stuttgart (Germany) and is a licensed architect.
After six years in various international architects’ firms, Robert joined GLL Real Estate Partners (subsequently Macquarie Asset Management / Manova) in Munich in 2007 and soon became Co-Head of the European Asset Management team. Subsequently he he ran the firm’s real estate acquisitions in Germany as well as Southern Europe.
In 2015 Robert became part of Barings as their Regional Head for Southern Germany, covering all of the firm’s real estate investment and asset management activities in the region with his team. From 2020 Robert acted as portfolio manager, building a Pan-European JV that invests in logistics real estate with a value-add profile.
Piotr Krawczyński joined DeA Capital Real Estate Poland as CEO to build up the Polish operations in 2020. Before joining DeA Capital Real Estate Poland, he worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate as Head of Capital Markets CEE. Prior to that he worked for almost 18 years in Kulczyk Group, Polish well-recognized investment company. At Kulczyk Group he was responsible, among other duties, for the entire commercial real estate business unit.
He was instrumental in setting up and developing Kulczyk Real Estate Holding as well as Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, being a JV between Kulczyk Group and Silverstein Properties, Inc. from NYC.
He acted as the Managing Director of both companies. Became the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2016 as well as started his non-profit role as the real estate expert to Polish Chamber of Commerce in 2023. He brings almost 15 years of experience in the real estate industry on top of an extensive experience in private equity.
Executive Team
Pierre Julin started as Investment Director in 2018 and became in 2022 Founding Managing Director in charge of the investment and asset management strategy and today is Founding Managing Director & Investment and Acquisition International.
Recently he has been driving the set-up of several programmatic JV for the French and European platform across various asset classes (Residential, Logistic, Office).
He began his career at GE Capital in 2007 and was appointed as Corporate Finance Senior Manager in 2012 where he supported major M&A transactions for the company across Europe.
He graduated from Neoma Business School in France.
Richard Bayliss joined DeA Capital Real Estate France in 2021 as the head of Asset Management.
He has over 25 years of experience in asset management including office, logistics, residential & hotel properties in France and the UK.
Richard Bayliss started his career as an Asset Manager at GE Capital Real Estate France, where he managed the historical portfolio for 20 years, and was appointed Director Asset Management in 2013.
He previously founded Openfield Real Estate, an asset management company.
Angeline d’Orval started as Investment Director & Head of Living in January 2024 in charge of the investments in the living sector (PBSA, BtR, Hospitality).
She has over 15 years of experience in the living sector and held several positions in this industry both on the development and operating side.
She headed the development for Serviced Living at Bouygues Immobilier between 2022 and 2024.
Before she was Deputy Head of Development for Serviced Living at Kaufman & Broad (2019-2022). She started as Project Director at DomusVi (2011-2017) before moving to Development Manager for Senior Living at Korian (2017-2019).
She graduated from ESSEC (Master Degree) and owns a Architect diploma with dual qualifications in France and Italy (IUAV of Venice and ENSAV Paris la Villette), along with Post-Master's Degree in Urbanism and Architectural Heritage (Ecole de Chaillot).
Benoit Lagueyt was appointed Investment Manager in 2022. Benoit began his career in 2014 as a real estate project manager at Groupe Constructa in Paris, with a focus on the development of residential buildings (multifamily housing and operated senior housing).
In 2016 he joined Constructa Private Services, as an investment analyst for private clients and family offices, working on €200+ millions acquisition, selling and refinancing.
After 2 years in charge of French development at BlueImvest as operating partners for anglo-saxon investors, Benoit joined Edmond de Rothschild REIM (France) as Investment Manager in 2019.
Benoit graduated from a civil construction engineering school.
Marián Pereira joined DeA Capital Iberia in 2019 as Head of Asset management. Prior to joining DeA Capital, Marián was heading asset management activities at Patrizia Iberia. She has more than 22 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management and development working for Funds.
Marián graduated in Economics from the University Autónoma of Madrid, and she has Master in Real Estate Management from the University Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)
is responsible for acquisitions in Germany across the Value-add to Core+ space, focusing on logistics and living. He has over 13 years of professional experience in European real estate markets, acquiring and disposing commercial properties with a total value of c. €1 billion in 8 countries as well as managing and leasing properties across several asset and risk classes with more than €1 billion AuM in various countries.
Florian studied real estate at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) in Regensburg and graduated with a Master of Science degree in 2013.
Tatjana is responsible for acquisitions in the living sector, especially PBSA and BTR. She has over 9 years professional experience in acquisitions and transaction management across Germany, with a strong focus on sourcing and acquiring development sites, managing due diligence and transaction processes, negotiating purchase agreements and coordinating with investors, with a total value of over 900 Mio. development volume.
Tatjana studied business economics at Humboldt University in Berlin and graduated with a Master of Science in 2017.
