The “Boero” project is part of the integrated program of social housing initiatives.
The master plan consists of two 11-storey tower buildings and two in-line 4-storey buildings arranged around a central public green area for a total of 170 residential units and 13,000 sqm.
Boero is an example of urban regeneration and has been appreciated by the Genoese community, also due to the presence of amenities including a child nursery and a public park.
