The project is a conversion of an asset previously used as offices into a Hotel.

The property, located in a central area of Rome, a 5 minute walk from Stazione Termini (train and metro station), with a magnificent view of the “Chiostro di Michelangelo”, has been totally redeveloped and converted into a touristic and hotel destination.

The renovation project took place on the property involving construction and plant engineering works and an elegant refurbishment of the facades, with a strong reference to the noble Roman palaces.

The 3 star hotel has 55 rooms and 119 beds. The redevelopment gave way to the signing of a long-term lease agreement with Fondazione Camplus, that currently manages the hotel.
