The asset consists of two buildings; both historic buildings, which today represent the Italian headquarters of Edison S.p.A., an Italian company active in the procurement, production and sale of electricity and gas which belongs to the French listed group EDF.
Built in the late 1800s, they were entirely renovated in the 1990s.
