It has been designed by Atelier(s) Alfondo Femia and consists in about 260 apartments distributed in 6 buildings connected by a podium with panoramic spots on the surrounding regional park. Milano 3.0 features high-end finishings (including some costume designed), the best-in-class technologies to achieve the highest energy performance and numerous amenities.
The development aims to achieve Leed certification.
