Palazzo Marini

Palazzo Marini is a historic building complex, with a facade of particular architectural value, located in the historic center of Rome (piazza San Silvestro) for which a redevelopment project has been launched, from both an aesthetic and functional point of view. The building will be converted into a luxury 5 star hotel managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The future hotel is expected to have rooms from standard king rooms to a presidential suite and several services including a restaurant, a bar/cafè, a ballroom and a SPA. The project also includes the creation of a large central courtyard that will represent the heart of the hotel.
