The “San Terenzio” project aims at the urban, structural, functional and environmental renewal of the area through the creation of a new format of social cohesion infrastructure, which includes a healthcare structure, a sport center, a talent laboratory and a residential building connected to the healthcare structure.
A main feature of this area is the greenery, which immerges the buildings into a single natural space through pedestrian paths and recreation areas.
