DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. announces that the deal to acquire Galleria Passarella 2, Galleria San Carlo 6 and Corso Europa 15, in Milan, finalized on December 23, 2019, was closed through the Diamond Core Fund, a closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved for Poste Vita. Galleria Passarella is a real estate complex for mainly office use located in Milan's central business district, a short walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza San Babila and close to the famous fashion district. The properties were fully renovated in 2019 and then certified "Leed Gold" and "Well". Today the property complex is leased to eleven tenants of high standing. The purchase price was approximately €280 million. This amount will ensure a return on investment in line with the most relevant trophy asset transactions in the real estate market with high property quality and prestigious locations.
